The Warren County Fair is the showplace for animal agriculture in Warren County. All animals and livestock shown, displayed and housed at the fairgrounds shall receive care that is humane, healthful and consistent with accepted animal agriculture practices. Cruelty, neglect or indifference to animal comfort will not be tolerated and will constitute grounds for removal from the Fairground premises. Animal care shall be consistent with sound husbandry practices and with the rules and regulations established by the Warren County Livestock Committee. Registration for Market Livestock and Breeding Livestock is open through June 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Important: Information submitted for Market Livestock entries will be used to prepare the sale bill. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation for
accuracy.
Camping registration will be included as part of the Livestock Registration process. After registration closes on June 6th, families who sign up and pay for camping will be contacted with additional information and details.
Each Livestock Exhibitor is required to purchase a $50 season pass, which will be included in your final payment during registration.
For 2025, Warren County Fair Livestock and 4-H Extension are partnering to use ShoWorks for registration. The process will take place in two parts:
1. Part 1: Livestock Registration – closes June 6 at 5:00 PM. 2. Part 2: Exhibit Hall Project Registration – After livestock registration ends, you will need to log back in to enter your Exhibit Hall projects. For now, keep a list of the projects you plan to exhibit, including detailed descriptions. More information will be shared soon!
Only exhibitor and entry details will be saved for the 2025 Warren County Fair Market and Breeding Livestock shows.

We want to thank you for your support in sponsoring livestock awards at the Warren Co. Fair. We are looking forward to another great year for our 4-H and FFA exhibitors to showcase their animals. It is that time of year again to start thinking about ALL THINGS Warren Co. Fair!
This year we have 3 tiers of sponsorship: $20, $25, or $50. Each one is described within the registration form.
