2026 Fair Parade

The Warren County Fair Parade is Sunday June 21st. Lineup at 2:00 pm. Parade begins at 4:00 pm.

Participation in the Warren County Fair Parade is free of charge.

  1. City Ordinances should be followed: Prohibition of Throwing Candy or any other Object(s). In the interest of safety, persons participating in any parade shall not throw candy or any other object. Candy or any other object(s) shall not be handed out from vehicles, floats and trailers. Those wishing to distribute candy or any other objects must have a person(s) walking to hand out items.
  2. Participants must not operate recklessly and must stay within the parage perimeters.
  3. Participants must be dressed and act in a family friendly manner.

Information:

  • Parade Lineup begins at 2pm
  • All Floats, vehicles, walkers will assemble on the SAF Holland parking lot located at Booneslick and Elm St.
  • All EMS vehicles, Veteran Honor Guard, Fair Queen Candidates, Marching band will assemble between City Hall and the Courthouse on SW Street
  • All Side Streets to Main Street along the parade route will be barricaded between 3:30 pm and 4pm to protect patrons watching the parade
  • Warrenton Police Department will shut down the intersection at HWY 47 and Main Street at 4pm.
  • Parade begins at 4pm; lead by EMS, and the Veteran Honor Guard
  • Participants will route from the parking lots by SAF Holland onto Elm Street-to-West Walton, to SW and onto Main Street
  • Heavy Equipment will stage on Main Street to help with traffic control, and will fall in behind the last floats as they enter Main Street from SW Street
  • Parade will travel East on Main Street (Booneslick) into Truesdale where the route turns right onto Pickney Street. Then travels south on Pickney past Worthington Street, and turns right to go to the High School.
